Saves the image as JPG and changes random bytes, like jpg-glitch and JPEGKrusher do.
Each row shifts along a wave, like a picture seen through water or a signal bending.
Horizontal bands that slide, like a signal losing sync.
Sorts each row's pixels by brightness or hue, only between the two thresholds.
Pulls red and blue apart, like a misaligned projector.
The whole picture in the few colours of a console, a computer or a film. Dithering mixes dots to fake the missing ones.
